Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:
All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), except for preorders/finished original artwork. Preorders are processed and shipped in or by 2 weeks from the date of purchase. If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is available. Finished Original Artwork ships in 2 weeks. This is because Finished Original artwork is shipped with extra care. (This allows us time to ship the item safely) 

Shipping Methods & Rates: (after completion) 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Shipping time is based on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders, while international orders may take up to 14 business days depending on the destination.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping, and shipping costs will be calculated AFTER checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. If there are any added fees you will be billed prior to shipping.

Presale and Custom Orders:
Presale orders will ship in or by 2 weeks from the purchase date. Custom art orders may take up to 4-6 weeks or longer depending on complexity, and will be shipped once completed. Please note that while this is an expected timeline. Updates in turnaround times are always changing. If you have a date that you need your item by, please notify me to verify if it is doable BEFORE checking out.
