Original Paintings:
Because each original painting is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges. These works are final sale and can’t be replaced, so please make sure you’re absolutely in love with it before completing your purchase!
Art Prints:
If your art print arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Once the damage is verified, we’ll reach out to you with a resolution. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase!
Custom Art Pieces:
Custom orders are special and personal, so we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. Due to the unique nature of custom artwork, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once the piece is in progress.

Please note that once a canvas painting is ordered, I am not responsible for any cracking, damage, or imperfections that may occur after the item has been shipped and delivered. Please take proper care when handling your artwork to ensure its longevity.
Tips to Preserve Your Canvas Painting:

Commission Policy
By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

I reserve the right to refuse, decline, or cancel any commission request at my discretion, without the need to provide a reason.

I also reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a project if necessary, including in cases where communication breaks down, the request is beyond my capabilities, or if the project violates my terms or personal ethics.

If a refund is issued, the amount and terms will be based on the stage of completion and materials already delivered.
